Empty Bowls

The Empty Bowls silent auction raised thousands of dollars this year for food-insecure families again this year. A partnership of the Franklin Food Pantry and the 100+ Franklin High School students in the Empty Bowls Club, under the leadership of advisor and FHS ceramics teacher Brenna Johnson, the event brings students and the community together. Students collaboratively make hundreds of bowls and other ceramics pieces which are taken home by the winning bidders.
