FHS students design dog park sign

Students in Alyssa Taranto’s Graphic Design II class created original signage for the Franklin Dog Park. The “Furry Friends of Franklin” volunteer group sponsored a contest to create a new sign to remind visitors to clean up after their dogs. Sophomore Elijah Field’s sign will be reprinted in a durable material to hang in the park. Seniors Mackenzie Mann came in second, and Margo Savage third. Each student was awarded a cash prize in recognition of their effort.
