Last night Parmenter Elementary School welcomed students and families to experience movement, music and art. Art teacher Catherine Byrne gathered her K-5 student’s favorite artworks from the 2022-23 school year and turned a long hallway into a beautiful gallery of stunning, skillful and at times humorous artwork. Ms. Byrne also hosted a very popular art activity in her classroom for kids and caregivers, which challenged them to use artwork that was going to be discarded in a new collage or 3D sculpture! Congrats to Ms. Byrne and her students for a spectacular school year.
